Ce projet est particuli\u00e8rement remarquable, car il s\u2019agit de la premi\u00e8re application en Belgique du syst\u00e8me innovant de \u00abladder track\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ce syst\u00e8me pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9, stabilis\u00e9 avec une sous-couche de b\u00e9ton, offre une plus grande stabilit\u00e9 aux voies et les rend plus r\u00e9sistantes aux vibrations et aux nuisances sonores. De plus, la r\u00e9partition uniforme des charges sur les rails r\u00e9duit l\u2019usure des voies et du ballast, ce qui diminue les co\u00fbts de maintenance sur le long terme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Chaque jour, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 220 m\u00e8tres de modules peuvent \u00eatre install\u00e9s, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la dur\u00e9e des travaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les modules \u00abladder track\u00bb&nbsp;sont con\u00e7us pour \u00eatre install\u00e9s avec une quantit\u00e9 minimale de b\u00e9ton. Apr\u00e8s leur mise en place, les espaces ouverts sont remplis de terre v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, garantissant une perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 maximale \u00e0 l\u2019eau. Ensuite, l\u2019ensemble est sem\u00e9 de gazon, contribuant non seulement \u00e0 un aspect plus vert et plus agr\u00e9able, mais aussi \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention de l\u2019accumulation de sable entre les rails.
